Raising Puppies

 My puppies are born in my kitchen where they experience all the normal house activities first-hand. They are handled daily. They start solid food at around three weeks old and soon after they move to a large puppy pen in the basement. As they get a bit older and start to be more coordinated on their little pins, they go outside during the day. Daily handling and socializing continue. Pups go on adventures often around our large garden to frolic and learn about nature.

These puppies go home with a full packet of information including an AKC registration application, dates of deworming and first vaccination, a simple one page guarantee, copies of their parent's clearances, pedigree, and a dozen or so FYI pages on puppy raising and socializing.
